PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERINGAlthough unlocking your phone is 100% legal in the UK and another regions. standards and laws may apply differently elsewhere in the world. It will be the buyers responsibility to comply with all local laws and standards for unlocking their device.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
YOUR MOBILE PHONE INFORMATION
It is integral to our service that you provide correct and accurate information relating to the handset you wish us to unlock. Ensure that the IMEI number you provide is correct it is important that you get your IMEI directly from your phone. Simply type *#06# into your mobile keypad. When Selecting Network, please choose Service Provider the phone is CURRENTLY LOCKED TO. (DO NOT select the provider you intend to use, but the provider who has setup the original restriction). Once an order is confirmed we cannot change phone details or offer a refund so please ensure details are correct before proceeding with your order.
DELIVERING YOUR ORDER
Your order will be sent by email within the timescales given on the order page. Your unlock code will be clearly marked and a link provided to extensive instructions on how to input your code for the make/model ordered. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address that you can access to receive your code.
In cases where we have delivered a code and have verified the code against the details provided we reserve the right to seek further evidence, in some cases video evidence, to support any customer claim that the code provided did not remove the network lock from their mobile phone.
We will always spend time helping you if an unlock code hasn’t worked (there could be many simple reasons for this which our technical staff can help with) and only after exhausting all avenues of help (and in some cases receiving video evidence) will we refund a sale.
If you have provided incorrect phone information you WILL NOT receive a refund. It is your own responsibility to check all the details are correct before proceeding with the order. In cases where your phone cannot be unlocked because you have previously entered too many incorrect codes to the handset before ordering we WILL NOT provide a refund. Refunds will be processed via the payment method you used we charge no fee for processing a refund.
If you provide an email address that isn’t valid or cannot be accessed by you for any reason this will not be taken as a reason to refund an order.
Refunds will not be given for delays of less than 24hrs in delivery of service once a confirmed code has been ordered. In the rare event that we can’t provide an unlock code for your mobile we will contact you direct to tell you and will refund your payment in a timely fashion (usually 3-5 business days depending on the payment method you have used).
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once you have placed an order for your unique unlock code for your phone you CANNOT cancel the confirmed order. This is because each code is unique and personalized to your phone only.
TIME TO DELIVER UNLOCK CODES
Any delivery time we state is an estimate only. Codes can take varying timescales to be calculated and delays, while rare, do happen. We always aim to deliver your unlock code as close to the time stated as possible. In many cases the code may take longer than this to provide. In most cases the code will be found in our local database and delivered within the first 2 hours of ordering. In some cases we may need to search our other databases for a code and this may take up to 24 hours. In extreme cases we will source your code from a 3rd party at no extra cost.
We ask that customers allow at least 24 hours before contacting us. Codes are unique and personalised items and our money back guarantee does not apply to delays in delivery if the service is delivered later than expected.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. Every Unlock code we provide is unique and is calculated using your phone's IMEI number these codes are designed for use in the handset with the imei you provided and should not be used in other handsets.
